For groups with fewer than 150 guests, a room rental fee will be added to the package. This allows us to provide the same exceptional service and experience for smaller gatherings.

  • Client/caterer handles food & beverage service
  • Decorations must be pre-approved (no damaging adhesives)
  • Landmark staff manage the facility only
